Anyone can recommend a production fixed blade with full tang, forged blade that is around 3" blade length?

What are you going to be using it for? What is your price point? What do you mean by 'forged'? Virtually all steel is forged except for cast steel.

Theres plenty around becker bk11 or bk14 are fantastic knives if you thinking of spending a bit more you can't go wrong with Busse swamprat or even a nice custom blade
It would help a lot if we knew what your going to do with it and like above poster said price point.
If you want a knife thats really inexpensive Try Rough Rider I have a few and they have been surprisingly well made if you don't mind the extra sharpening because of lower grade steel.

There is insufficient information in the original post to tag this as belonging in Traditional. I'm going to move this to General as I think there will be more and better answers there...

A production knife that is shaped by being hit with a hammer, instead of being shaped by being cut from a slab and ground?

Without knowing the intended purpose of the knife, I might as well suggest this one. Meets the criteria. :)

If looking for a forged knife, you perhaps want a custom knife. Few mass-produced factory knives these days are forged.

I suggest browsing the For Sale By Maker forum section.
