Need recommendations for high end sub 3" flipper

I'm new and in the market for a sub 3" uber high quality flipper.

It seems Shirogorovs smallest is 3.25" I have ordered a Neon Ultra lite and am awaiting its arrival.

Due to some pesky knife laws in a few cities I often travel to, I would like to know if there are any quality flippers just under 3". It seems the 3" or under is legal in any city (just not in government buildings, courts, etc)

I have a small CR Inkosi arriving today and a small sebenza, but these are not flippers.
 
Olamic Busker Front Flipper, excellent built quality and you can spend a whole lot of money on it if you choose (simply because you can really customize it to your personal liking.)

I'm not super into front flippers, but I second this recommendation. The Busker is a great little knife--emphasis on little, though, it's more like 2.5" than 3". It's fun to fiddle with, cuts great, and IMO is very attractive as well. Here is mine:

Not sure where you could find one, but I've kind of fallen in love with another Olamic model, a discontinued one called the Gambit. It has a nearly, but just not quite, 3" blade, and while it's a bit weird looking it's a fantastic knife:

Kind of, but that thread was not limited to sub 3" as I want to do here
I thought it was better to ask on a different thread for the sub 3" vs just "high end"
Lots of the responses are of 3.35-4" blades on that thread.
 
ZT 0900 is a great little knife, discontinued but not exactly unobtainium.

I got to handle a half track today, and was not disappointed. If I was in the market for a knife this size, the busker would definately have my attention as well.
