...for a very small fixed blade.

I'd like some leads to a fixed blade knife that's under 6". Looking for really small fixed blade that has( or I can have made) a horizontal sheath.

Prefer traditional as opposed to tactical style.

Thanks.

,d-2 and only 5 1/2 inches. ugly sheath but you were looking for horizontal anyways

Still may look at an Izula. Great lil knife. Maybe a bit tactical for you, but can always strip coating and put on a nice patina. Unbeatable warranty. Also may look at the lonewolf trailmate( I think is name) or some from Queen in D2

the Fallkniven WM1 fits your criteria and is an awesome little blade. get it in 3G if you can.

it's like having a nigh-on indestructable scalpel.

Thanks for the suggestions.

I think Im gonna go with a Helle. Just came across them tonight. Similar in ways to the Fallknivens but cost less. Ive had two Barkies and they are nice but looking to try something new.

boker and tops each just released two fb's with about 2" blades, and i think they are all about 5" overall.

Hi NDJeep -

Please have a look at the very nice Riverwoods Companion that Stomper (JK Handmade Knives) is making.

I have a standard sheath with mine, but I am sure Stomper or Noah from Wasteland Leatherwork could make you a nice horizontal sheath.
