Who is a custom knife maker that will make me a folder to my specifications the way I want it per my design?
Most custom knifemakers appear to be handmaking knives to the designs that they have developed.

Or is my request cost-prohibitive?

This is not an outlandish question, but it has some caveats: No maker wants his name associated with a knife he's not comfortable with, in terms of design, or materials, or...

Why don't you give a short list of things you would hope to see incorporated. And a ballpark of your cost limits.

This way we can refer you better, OR a maker can step in and say "I can do that". Or not. ;)

good point you made, perspective is important and I guess I forgot to think about it from the knifemaker's point of view who has to be concerned with many things.
