Need replacement 91 mm scales with ink pen/straight pin

Help! I woefully lost my Deluxe Tinker that was my EDC and am going to replace it. I had upgraded it to the cellidor scales that have the ink pen and straight pin along with the tweezers and toothpick. I would like to replace my new knife's scales with ones like this again but am having trouble locating a source for these.
Any help appreciated.

I don't think Swiss Bianco has 91 mm pens... I've been checking regularly lately. Good selection of scales, and other pens, but no 91 mm pens.
