Need screws for my Salsa

I need a replacement screw for my Salsa. I believe they are size T-6. Anybody have a suggestion where I can get some? The screws loosened up and fell out in my pocket and I only recovered one.

I have some blue LokTite that I'm thinking of using when I replace them. Any comments? Thanks in advance...
