What compares to the BK2 and Esee 5. I am talking about size, function, quality, etc? Can someone please point me somewhere to look at some comparisons of these "other" knives that I am not aware of yet? Thanks in advance!

Honestly you're probably going overboard with the thickness. What are your intended uses?

RatManDu is another popular one in that general size range. BK10 and Ritter MK2 Perseverance in the Becker lineup are also knives with similar tasks. Also customs, etc. Depends on what your price range is, really.

I intend on using it as a camp knife with the ability to baton and general camp duties. Something a little more reasonable to carry around than my BK9 when not "car camping" but just as capable.
