Could anybody help me identify this knife? Model/name and materials used?

That is a 2075, the handles are Titanium handles, with carbon Fiber overlay.

And, if I may add to TJT's post, the knife was designed by Michael Walker - inventor of the liner lock (aka "Walker Lock") and highly regarded custom maker.

An almost classic blade! This was one of our first liner locks!
