Need some help please

Trying to reunite some of my 110's with the correct boxes and I'm having a problem with a few, particularly the build outs that were offered last October. Least I think they are build outs. For some reason I can't open word documents any more so I can't access the listing that Jeanine sent out. Can anyone tell me what knife goes in the boxes with the end labels listed below?

0110B09-B Cat 3658 12/03/10
0110B06-B Cat 3599 9/08/10 Also need info on what sheath should be with this one.
0110BRSNK-B Cat 1397 12/14/09. I think this is a standard 110 but with nickel bolster but not sure.
