Need some help with the date some Government Contracts ended.

I was going thru my notes the other day and looking for the years that the Government contracts ended for the Camillus pattern 5684, (7 inch combat/utility knife), and the 5733, ( Jet Pilots Survival Knife).
I know I’ve seen these dates in the past and I should have added them to my notes back then. Right now I haven’t been able to locate the thread I saw them in.
 
Thanks Mountainwind! I was fairly sure that that was the date for the Jet Pilots Survival knife. But I couldn't locate the original document. I'm not sure I've ever seen anything about the 5684 contract. I think the Government designation for it at that time was MIL-K-20277(letter), probably F,G,or H, depending on the year of cancelation.
