These are fairly easy to make - I used windows movie maker - which is included with most windows based pcs -

Also - you can embed the code in your posts using the 'youtube' tags, just like you do images using the 'img' tags - instead of using the whole url (address), you just use the youtube video designator, the part of the url after the v= - in the case of my XD XT video, it is YQggv16qkt8 if you look in John's first post here - easy peasy -
