need some imput on a sharpening system

i want to pick up myself a sharpening system to keep my blades in shape and also do some sharpening work on the side to make a few extra bucks--would like something that will do a nice professional job--in the 200 to 250.00 price range--what set-up do you think will set me up with what i need

I would suggest the EdgePro Apex which you can get at www.bronksknifeworks.com/Edge-Pro_Knife_sharpeners.htm at a fair price. I've tried many ...polishing tapes, video, etc for around $ 170.
