need some info about the history of Becker knives

I have posted a thread in kabar forum, but a friend from there pointed me to here.
So I send this question again here, to see if anyone can help.
I want to know when did Ethan Becker designed and produced the Bk series knives, such as Bk 5,Bk9 etc..and also want to know why he changed manufacturer from camilus to kabar and when did it happen.

If you guys can provide me some links or documents to read could be perfect.

Hi, thanks for replying. Actually I have tried to look for info from the sticky posts, but couldn't make it,I am from asia and cannot read English very fast,I am still trying to browse evey treads here but the progress is quite slow, so if you could send me the exact link for the date of design and manufacturing, I Wil really appreciate that. Thanks again.
 
camillus went out of business a while ago, they made Ethan's designs...

ethan owns his designs outright

he "leased" them to kabar a few years ago

prior to camillus, is was blackjack, and his own concerns

if you need EXACT years, we can dig around, but all knives are clearly labeled by "who made them" with Ethan's name on them
 
Ethan browses these forums, you could always ask him? Maybe have some very specific questions prepared? No guarantees, but he's a pretty cool dude.
