Need Some Input on the Chris Reeve Project II

Can anybodu help me out with Chris reeve's Project II knife.The cheapest i found one for was $299.00 BNIB everwhere else is $350.00.
That's alot of money but I love how the knife is made and feels in my hand.I buy knifes to collect them I only use one knife for work and that's the MOD Marl 1 I'm a Police Officer and wear it right on my duty belt.
Well back to the knife is it worth the money or i also Liked the Avaitos except for the saw teeth on the back.

Any input will be great.I'm also interested in a extreme Ration Fulcrum Testedo Finish.I have 3 ER now.Should I stick with adding to my ER collection or would the Chris Reeve project II be a nice addition to the collection.

I have a Mountain II and Green Beret. In my opinion, CRKs are very much worth the money. They are as tough as anything out there, while still cutting like a knife should.
