No.
Asking here what you could trade it for is essentially a roundabout way to glean value. It would also likely be construed as trying to do deals outside of the Exchange without the proper membership level.

If you upgrade to a Basic Membership, you can post your own trade threads in the appropriate forum. Upgrading to Gold allows you to post trade threads as well as sales threads.

However, you can currently offer your knife for trade to anyone with an existing thread in the Trade forum.

Tell the wife it is a discontinued model designed by one of the most famous knife makers in the world. They haven’t been made in years and they are rare enough to think it wouldn’t be easy to replace later in life. You could also try “It’s mine! I’m not getting rid of it!” and see how that goes
