I don't have a JYD II, this is the only thing I have with a Needs Work in it.

I have the JYD 2 composite and the Need's Work. Although both are GREAT blades the JYD 2 outweighs the Need's Work by far IMO. Ergo's are better for sure, my hands are fairly large so the Need's Work doesn't fit me too well.

if you're trying to decide between the two drop the extra $$'s and go for the JYD 2, IMO.

Ok, thanks everyone. I already have a Needs Work, I just wanted to see the size of the JYD2 compared to something I knew the size of before I bought it to make sure it wasn't too big.

Yeah, NYG...the JYD2 in SG2/Ti is really a great knife and unbelievably sharp... (actually, it's a fine knife in any trim)

You don't have a custom JYD/JYD2 on the way from Tim G. by any chance, do you? That would really be sweet! :thumbup:
