Need Some Possible Solutions To CS Kobun Sheath Problems

I love this new knife but the sheath is a bit flimsy, has a removable clip that got kind of loose real fast, I've been contemplating getting one of those Tek Lok belt clips which I know are good for Kydex sheaths but I can't verify if they're also compatible with the sheath that I got my knife with. Just want to know if it's compatible with the TL belt clips and if not if there's another way to better secure the sheath to my waistline/hip.

Hey SO...

Yaa The factory Kobun sheath is a POS...

Even if the sheath doesn't work with a tek lok, there should be enough meat on the sheath to drill a couple of holes for mounting...

I forget exactly what the CS Kobun sheath looks like as it was pitched in the scrap bucket as I unpacked it,, but it should work..

The only thing you will really need to deal with is that plastic clip..
This will hinder you because the Tek lok can only be mounted on one side...

I can make you a custom sheath for that Kobun,,no problem...
I use mine as a slip sheath IWB and as well mount a g-clip on it which has more options than the tek lok..
The Tek lok doesn't allow for IWB...
