Specifically someone experienced with Japanese metals...
I have two Strider SMF's and a Large Sabenza that I have no problem working with on my edge pro...
However, I don't think that's a good idea for my Zubeng Hunter or Takeda Seiryu... I'm just beginning to practice free handed with a whetstone and strop, so I'm not quite comfortable practicing on these higher priced custom blades...
Any suggestions would really help me out, and I'm not at all concerned about price... I just want it done correctly.
