Need some warranty help

Boker folks:

I need some help on what I thought would be an easy issue when I called your warranty dept (lady).

I have 2 knives, a Boker Plus Titan Drop Point folder, and Boker Plus Nopal, that have lost their thumb studs. That's all. The knives are otherwise solid, sharp, and wonderful. I thought a quick call to your warranty person, a couple studs in the mail, I screw them in, and done.

Nope. I leave a message on the voicemail, ask for a call, and it takes 2 weeks for a return call. The (not so pleasant) woman who called was not 'enthused' about helping with this, and said she would have to see if she had any. She would have to call me back, which was fine. About a day, she said.

That was 5 months ago. Normally I would call back, but it was not a terribly fine experience.

Any chance you folks can help. To say I like your products is an understatement. i own a large collection of Boker knives. This is the only issue I've ever had with any Boker knives.
