A good samaritan has since shown me the light. Still no frickin' Potbelly scales. Anyone out there have one (or a ZK knife) that also works with micarta want to take up the cause for some green? And no, I'm not going to do it, regardless of how "easy" it is. Nothing about it looks easy to me. I've done stuff with wood before, and sucked at it. Can't see micarta being easier.

Maybe Tommythewho could whip up some wood ones?
 
I may pick up one of the ZK or JAB knives....if so I may make some stuff for it. (lots of ''mays'' in there)

Just to get the ball rollin', I sent him a message through the bay about doing JAB/ZK scales. He may not be a BK dealer, but I don't see a BF dealer making them, do you? If there is, I'll gladly offer up my federal reserve notes.

Both. The Potbelly/ZK scales are always the Holy Grail I'm waiting to find. I wish SOMEONE would make them. Here would be preferrable.

I like the War Sword and Potbelly. I should buy one or the other. then I could make sheaths for them too.

I prefer the Potbelly I think. I just don't need another chopper.


If you get one tanner...send it my way and I will pimp it out...might make me wanna buy one for myself lol
 
Going to order it tommorrow I think. I have been watching Adams Equip2Endure videos using it, and it usually owns anything it goes up against. It won't own Becky, (because I say it won't) but looks to be a worthy mate. Now I need to figure out how to get the JAB and the BK9 to reproduce...

Prob get those micarta 16 scales too.
 
There's been talk of a member here working on a BK&T handled ZK War Sword. Just rumors though, nothing I can confirm.
