need stencil for etch-o-matic

someone told me that someone on the forum made stencils for electric etchers and I am looking for some to go with my new Etch-o-Matic. ( ok it's not new but it's new to me.) Thanks in advance.
 
Hi - they aren't on this forum, but my good friend Mike Fitzgerald turned me onto IMG Electromark. Years ago he did a test of several different stencils and liked them the best. You will get, by far, the highest resolution mark from them. They will work with you to get the artwork just like you want it. They do charge an art fee, but they keep it on file so you only have to do it once. They are a little more fragile, so one has to be careful about overheating and melting them. They last several etchings, though I only etch two or three times on a stencil before throwing it out. The cost savings isn't worth botching an etch to me and I like them crisp. Got that idea from Mike as well.

If you have an ultrasonic cleaner, even one of the 20 dollar HF jobs, it will clean them out much better than the cleaning solution and you'll get more clean etches out of the stencils, in my experience.
