Hey guys, I need to a suggestion for a really good double edge boot knife that doesn’t break the bank; less than $100 if we can. I am not as knowledgeable on metal compositions as most of you, but 440 seems like it should hold up for a while. I would like the blade to be no more than 5” but 4” would be my ideal length.

I just broke an inch off the tip of a S&W boot knife which I thought would last longer than it did. I use this knife exclusively for cleaning and scraping Cholla wood.
