Need tech help from BF....Can't empty my pm folder...it's full

I need to empty my PM folder...it's full. I can't do it. I've clicked on it several times. It won't empty.
BF has sent me a few emails about this. Another email a few minutes ago. Tried to empty my PM folder again can't do it.

How can I get tech help from BF....if a tech from BF doesn't read this thread ???

You've clicked on the link that says "Empty folder" and nothing happened? Did you try downloading the messages with the links at the bottom of the page first? I don't know if that makes a difference, but I always downloaded mine before I emptied the folders.

You need to click on the box (far right side of the screen) that selects the message, before any action can be taken. For example, click on the box, the message turns yellow, then delete.
