Some time ago there was a discussion about some old liner action knives and someone said they had one they loved and lost it and I said I think I have one laying around and I will give it to you. Can't for the life of me remember who it was, HELP !!!!

That is neat!

I bought one of those and gave it to a friend, who lost it to his brother. That knife made a few people happy. :)

I would love me a liner action knife, my dad has one that he wore out the liner lock and it has mad blade play now.

I gifted one of those to a friend several years ago. It is one of his favorite knives.

Dave, you're one of the good guys. :)

Great guy!

Those liner lock knives are what first got me into quality knives, back in the day. It was a sort of grail knife, when I was in college. I remember looking at Smokey Mountain catalogs and drooling over them and wishing I could afford a knife that cost $60.

Now that I can reasonably afford whatever I want, I wish they were still available.

Okay, I guess it's "The Dave and Chester Show." You're both good guys. Chet's a bloodhound and Dave is determined to have me order some more of his great blems. Thanks, guys, I was running out of heroes...and Merry Christmas.

P.S. HEY DAVE: I just ordered a 2nd JYD 1725CB and forgot to include my address this time. I got an idea that they make a great Xmas gift for some relatives.
