I need help deciding between a used but like new Charge TTi I found for $55 or a brand new Black Surge. I was set on the Surge but then I came across the charge for a great price. Which should I shoot for?? I like the Surge for the bigger tools (scissors most of all) and the interchangeable saw/file, but the TTi is suppose to be the "flagship" of Leatherman.... Which should I get??????? Need to decide fast! Any thoughts???
