Need to find maker for Carbon Fober Tachi/Katana scabbard

I have a Tachi and a Katana I would like to get Carbon Fiber scabbards made for. Anyone that know where I can get this done please let me know. Thanks!!

Just FYI carbon fiber runs $90 / sqare foot from Halpern Titanium. If you're talking about a $25,000 sword, that probably doesn't matter, but if you're talking about a $250 sword you could easily pay twice that for the sheath.
