Need to find odd size axe handle

I have a 2.6 lb Vaughan Supper Steel single bit axe head. The eye is only 5/8" x 2". I would like to find a 28" to 32" handle to fit this eye size. House doesn't have anything this size.

Looks like they should fit fine. You just need to shave away the unneeded wood. Finding a perfect fit for an eye is almost unheard of.

Looks like the standard boy's axe handle would be best.
