Need to return/warranty service a DDR 4" MM custom

The spring has failed (just rattles around) and I otherwise would like the edge touched up and the whole thing cleaned up.

What is the proper procedure for returning and how long should it take?

I only ask here because it seems the contact form on the website is spitting out error messages and they haven't gotten back to me in the couple of days since I used it.

Really would like to resolve the broken spring issue and get the knife back as quickly as possible.

Just give them a call at the number on the website and Lisa will take care of you. I'm not sure what the turnaround is like on customs, but when I sent in one of my HTM Gunhammers to get the lockup fixed recently, the turnaround was very quick (2 weeks including shipping to them and back to me).
