I purchased a "Basic" membership but should have purchased a "Gold" membership; please be so kind as to credit what I paid for the Basic and allow me to upgrade to Gold.
The standard procedure is to purchase the Gold membership and when it is in place, post here in Tech Support asking Spark to pro-rate your Basic time to extend the Gold.
