Sorry, Phil. I get occasional emails from them and they just sent one this morning. You order two as normal, and then in the comments section on the order, you put the part number of your free set of tongs. Theyll cover shipping for the free tongs as well. The free set has to be equal or lesser value of the tongs you pay for.
