Got myself a PSP 3000. I'm having the hardest time getting my videos to play on it. They are in MPEG-4 format which to my knowledge the PSP uses. But when I transfer them to the "Video" file on the Memory Stick the PSP says (Corrupted Data) on all the files. Now I looked into "Properties" for each media file and they all say "Open With iTunes" And I have the option to change them to "Open with Quicktime". Should I do that? Is a Quicktime format MPEG-4 the only file the PSP will read? I appreciate any info here guys. I'm a little slow when it comes to computer stuff. Thanks in advance.

I used to have a hell of a time getting videos to work on my PSP 2000. I found PSP video9 and it solved most of my conversion issues. Its not too hard to use, just takes a little trial and error.

Yeah I got that program. But apparently itunes (The bastards) encode their video so the only thing that will play them is an ipod. I spent a lot of money downloading those. That kinda pisses me off. I bought them, they're mine... but I can't play them on the device of my choice. What a crock. I'm seriously thinking about chucking my ipod for that reason alone.

I ran into this a lot with iTunes. Apple products are Evil!
