Needs Work Problem?

My Needs Works' lock is allowing a tiny bit of forwards/backwards blade play. At first, I didn't think it would be a problem, but now that I have taken a closer look, the lock is not engaging far enough to the right to allow it to get a solid lock up. Is this normal, or do I need to send my knife in for some refitting?

well, it sounds like your needs work needs work. (sorry, someone had to say it).

you could take it apart and bend the liner lock more to the right, or send it in.

Ok, thank you. I think I will try fixing it myself, and if I can't get it right, I will send it in. I will need a size 6 torx bit right?

I don't have mine out at the moment but I think it uses
a #6 on the handle and a #8 on the pivot screw.

I don't think you need to take the piece apart Gulio, give it a few solid openings, and cycle it a while. The liner should settle in place.

Hmm, I have tried cycling it, and it isn't doing anything really. If anything, the lock is even more loose. It really doesn't seem like too big of a deal, but I don't know too much about liner locks.
