I know based on an earlier thread that many of us here have more knives than we carry everyday. Do you rotate through all your knives, or do some just sit? For me, I semi-rotate every month or so, through my six knives. The rest of the time they sleep in a soft Kangaroo case I got from Triple Aught. How do you store your users? I've been thinking of making some kind of case for them, so at least I can look at them if I don't carry them.

Mitch, I always carry my Terzuola ATCF and rotate a few others as a second knife-like my pinnacle,BM710,Buck110,etc. I have way too many to rotate thru them all and also here in NY and NJ fixed blades are frowned on unless you are hunting or fishing.
Most of my expensive knives(over$500) are kept in locked glass and wood cases. If you want a good and inexpensive way to store your knives buy some knife sacks from Smokey Mountain. They are silicone impregnated and inexpensive. I keep a bunch in them and store them in a rubbermaid container with silica gel in there.

I rotate through my knives but there are always a few which get used the most, and a few that never get used. The later I sell or give away to make room for the newer ones. All my knives are stored in a mahogony knife chest I build a few years ago.
