A friend sent this out for a sheath, when I saw the size, I asked if he wanted me to fashion a small wheel to attach to the bottom of the sheath so it would roll along the ground as he walked :)

This Neil Blackwood folder is one heck of a folder, closed it measures a tad over 6" with the damascus blade coming in at about 4 5/8" long. Amazingly smooth folder, nice texture on the clip and back spacer.

Here are some images I took tonight, the sheath will be started soon but the main attraction is the folder and I've not chatted with Neil in quite a while so it was nice to see something custom of his in the house!

Impressive Gary - nice pics too! What would be the plan for the sheath?

Thanks guys, sheath wise it will be a vertical leather sheath, right hand carry.

That is a beautiful knife! Big, beastly, but beautiful knife!! I look forward to seeing your sheath for it.

Thanks, this is just a thread for the knife, if I end up getting a pic of the sheath I might post it over in the leather forum area.
