Neil Knives

I have a knife in my collection which appears to say Lu Neil on the blade and has a N on the snap of the sheath. This is a very well made large Bowie Knife that I have had for about a dozen years. I no longer remember where I bought the knife but am curious about its maker. Anyone ever heard of these? Thanks.
