Neil Roberts knife in the exchange

There is a Neil Roberts knife for sale in the exchange which is numbered. I believe the 184 numbered knives were reserved for members of the SEAL community. Does anyone know if there is a record of who this blade belongs to? The seller said it came from a pawn shop. If the team member lost it, had it stolen, or otherwise was unwillingly separated from the blade I'd be all for raising the funds to get it back to him.

Can't really find much information on whether these are tracked/controlled or not. What does the limited edition mean?

After some quick research it does seem that they are sort of tracked. Not entirely sure how much like the yarborough it is. Forwarding to someone who knows more about it.
