Have been wanting one for a while now, and i finally scored a Neil Roberts Warrior. The birthcard says S35/ July 28 2011. Was wondering if this was the last run, and how many were made using S35? I was a little surprised to see that S35 was used. Any feedback would be much appreciated:)

I remember that a few of these hit the market last summer before the NR's were discontinued. You should check with CRK, but I think there may only be a handful of these made with S35VN - maybe a dozen. Nice catch!

It's S30V and S35 I guess.

Like JNewell said, I thought they were discontinued before the switch. I had a NR, but sold it because I am not into recurve blades really, but otherwise it was a great knife and I carried it into the field several times. I basically got the Pacific to replace it............But a NR with S35VN would be a good score and down the road a collectible since you know they did not make that many with that steel.

You definitely want to check with CRK, but I believe all of their Neil Roberts, Pacifics and Green Berets are made out of CPM S35-VN now.
