Does anyone have experience with these blades and which one would you prefer for daily self-defense carry? thanks. (Tops Blue Otter, Tops Short Stop, Wolf Pup???)
The Izula is IMO not a defensive blade. You're better off carrying a kubotan for defense than a knife, especially if you don't know how to use a knife in a defensive situation.

Well, first off, what are your choices? In the title you listed two, and then listed three more in the OP. Personally, while I love the Izula, I don't think it's well suited to defense carry. While it would work in a pinch, I'd prefer something a bit larger for such a task (like the RC3 for example).
As for the TOPS knives you mentioned, my pick of the three would be the Short Stop. One thing to make sure if is that your allowed to carry a double edge in your area, some places have laws against such knives. I personally do not any of them for SD (my normal carry is a custom I got at a local show), so I cannot comment on the knives as far as value or anything goes. But I do have and carry the Izula. Again, it's a great knife, but not really designed for this useage......at least in my opinion.
