Does anyone have experience with this company?
I like the overall design and materials but I'd like to know what I'm getting.

Overall its a great knife, espeacially where the price is concerned. Other than the wear on the pocket clip and resharpening it looks almost like new. Its a real slick piece and if it appeals to you then you should snap one up. Although not often brought up, Nemesis knives makes some great knives and they are designed by Jeff Hall a noted custom maker.

From the reviews I've seen, it looks to be a great knife especially for the cash.
