This is another one that had been sitting around unfinished in my shop for close to a year. I decided to sneak in finishing it off in my "spare time", as I need a camping knife. I'm considering it a birthday present to myself. I wanted to get even more primitive, neo-tribal, and weird with this one. I see my style moving more in this direction. I have a few more designs with this feel that I hope to eventually have time to make. Specs: 4.75" edge, 8.5" oa, antique finish 5160, ironwood scales.

Thoughts?
Thanks!

I really like that knife. I like the finish on it. You got very creative with the disign without overdoing it. I like the sheath too. Great job. I need to make myself a camp knife also if I could only find the time.

damn that thing is sweet. You should send it to me! :D

Very nice execution all the way around! Love the profile. Lots of cutting ability for an 8.5" OA knife.

Reallllly nice looking. I like the spine of the blade and the handle.. it looks really good with the sheath. The spiral hallmark you use is a simple and ancient touch that evokes growth and evolution. The Greeks and Celts used the spiral in their designs. Very kool. I like it!

Absolutely stunning in every respect. I would be proud to own such a knife. The finish on the blade fits very well with the texture and appearance of the wood, and the filework really adds to the pseudo-primitive concept.

Well done and inspiring.
