nepalnews.com is,as you might imagine, just a little bit overloaded. They do updates daily as a rule, and I tune in 2-3 times a day. Tonight, (tomorrow afternoon there) they have updated twice that I know of, and their latest banner spread is from the Times, finally giving the first local press confirmation that the shootings were the act of the Crown Prince. Another item said that the King's brother had finally arrived in Kathmandu from Pokhara after weather had detoured several flights, and was meeting with the council to determine succession as quickly as possible. It appears they are moving to stabiize things before anyone can take advantage of the very tense situation. Hope they make it.
I've been able to get on the site twice in six or seven tries. If you try, and get a blank screen, do not try to "refresh" or "reload". Both times I tried this, I had to unplug because it locked up everything. Just use your "back" button and start from scratch.
