Reminds me of the old T shirt " I'm a dirty little monkey and I'm totally out of conrol" Glad we just have mice and bats here.
 
I liked the part about the monkeys ransacking files, screaming at vistors and pounding on the glass. Sounds like bureacrats everywhere.

Maybe we could import a thousand bulls from Pamplona ( nah, have to make that 5,000 to keep even with the BS the politicians crank out ) to DC and make the legislators wear red capes to run with them like Pamplona.

Hmmm... Maybe we could also (re)introduce the Grizzly and the Wolf to the DC area.

On second thought, substitute Cape Buffalo for the fighting bulls.

Hmmm... If we created a bunch of fully air conditioned spots, we could see about letting Polar Bears loose.

Just daydreaming out loud... Like what if you could round up todays politicians and send them back in time... to Auschwitchz?

Everyone knows you'd have to strap an airconditioning unit to the Bear's back to make your plan work. Perhaps select policticians could be volunteered.

Hey, we could always ship a bunch of markers (paintball guns) there for the Nepal diplomats...
Now that would be quality entertainment!
