Nessmuk (I guess) with hamon and redwood burl

Here is one I just finished for a guy at work. I guess it would be close to a Nessmuk style? It has stabilized redwood burl scales and was clay coated for a hamon. Let me know what you think, good or bad. Thanks for looking.

The hamon shape goes really well with the blade shape. I'd say it's in the nesmuk family at least.

That is kinda what I was thinking. You can see some Nessmuk in there, but I would not say it fully fits the Nessmuk bill. Anyway, gave it to him today and he was happy with it. Thank you all for the kind comments.

Not a style I usually like, but I really like this one.
