Nessmuk-Style Knives: Experience, favorites?

I've recently been looking at a few different nessmuk-style knives, mostly custom. I've become enamored with this style and I'm just wondering where you guys think I should start. The Grohmann #4 is pretty well-regarded, but the handle just doesn't look that comfortable for ong term use. I was just wondering what everyone thought of the general design; what should I look for, avoid, and just general personal experience.
