That is really cool. I am also wondering how you got your dog on there, he's big!

Hey,

thanks alot for posting this, looks like an awesome trip. You know, I am *very* impressed by your compact setup, and that you even brought your dog on the scooter! I wish more people would go camping like this and not in oversized trucks. Also, nice gear.

ll.

I guess we all had the same question regarding your dog.

I don't think you can take a 125cc scooter on the highway, so I'm going to have to guess that there's a pickup hidden somewhere off camera...

This picture provides the answer - I know this is not legal in the US. but people in here use to have a small chair put in the place let small kid sit on it.

I'd love to see pictures of you and the dog on the scooter. :)

There's a local fellow who drives a Harley Davidson sidecar rig and his dog (German Shepard) rides in the sidecar. They get a lot of attention at motorcycle meets. I haven't seen a dog ride a scooter, though.

I have seen a family of 7 on a scooter in East Timor. Mind you, the little boy sitting on the rear light didn't look happy:eek:

Here's a lab who rides on the luggage rack of a bicycle. This clip is all over the news this morning.

Is that the Case Moose with the G-10 handle scales and stainless blades? I have one of those and it's a great knife. Also, tell us a little about your "Nessmuk" fixed blade...I really like the looks of that one!

Thanks!
Ron

That is a great "Nessmuk" knife! It looks almost exactly like the one in the woodcut from his book.

Thanks!
Ron
