Hey everyone,

someone asked m,e about these mini muks and if there were any larger JK muks, I searched for ti and I couldn't find a great thread with lots of pictures on the design. I know we have mini muks and pocket muks and a number of more "regular" sized nessmuks out there. Thought maybe I'd try and encourage one of those great "picture threads!" that happen every so often.

I present, the mini muk, 5 1/2" overall, 2 1/2" blade from tip to scales (longer cutting edge because of the curve)

Let's see those pocket, and ness and all other kinds of glorious JK muk!

Snagged some pictures from the "picture thread"

I'm quoting them to give credit where credit's due, some really nice knives!

Really like the center pin on that last one as well, FYI :)

Nessmuks are what originally got me hooked on John's blades. I still don't have one but I need one. Bad.

My "Skinny Muk" with Darkmatter sheath -

I love this one for several reasons -

1 - it's JK Torched oak - very classic
2 - it's very thin - great for slicing and shaving wood etc.
3 - it has a Darkmatter sheath -
4 - I won it at a Gathering!

mqqn,

If it's not too much trouble, what are the dimensions on the Skinny Muk? I REALLY like the looks of that one!

My pleasure -

The blade is 4 1/4", the handle is 4", overall is (of course) 8 1/4" and the stock is 1/16" thick.

It looks small, acts big and slices clean!
