Hey,

I was wondering whether anyone knew of a company that would ship these 2 products to the UK. My wife loves those choc covered pretzels but they got discontinued here and she's been searching for it everywhere.

The peanut butter crunch is my favourite cereal however there's nothing like it here in the UK. My mom sent me a box from Malaysia the other day through someone coming to the UK but i doubt she'll want to post it to me from Malaysia. It's probably cheaper to get it posted from the US anyway.

So, anyone know a website or any way i could get my hands on these yummy treats?
 
Thanks esav. Took me awhile to get through looking at the websites. However, none of 'em send directly to the UK.

Anyone got any more ideas? Or is anyone willing to buy it for me and package it and send it? I'll even pay in advance through paypal.
 
What kinda dough we talkn? A body could get in trouble smuggln in "CAPn
Crunch" and "Flips" wink wink. :rolleyes: Good Luck though.
If you have friend in the states try e-mailing your plight and they probrably
can help you out but it won't be cheap to send.
 
How much do you think it'll cost to send 5 boxes of Cap'n Crunch and maybe another 5 packets of Flipz? It doesn't need to be courier. USPS should be fine.

I wanted to get my cousin to get it since she lives in Virginia. But unfortunately she just went back to Malaysia and she's gonna be there for 2 months.
 
Well, if I get time i'll go to USPS.gov to find the cost of shipping like
24x5 ounces of Capn crunch and whatever flips cost. I think it will be
maybe like 3 pounds(don't you dare ask me to convert this to metric)
Do you need like a lot of this stuff? What kinda weigh we talkin? Do you
want small boxes(8ounces) or 24 ounce boxes? Do you want small flipz
or large? Oh are there any rules against this? On the euro side?
 
5 x Large Flipz and 5 x 15oz packs of Cap'n Crunch....ehehhehe....I have no idea what sizes those choc Flipz come in since i've never eaten them.

I think i'll settle for a max. 5-7 pounds or something like that. I get confused with ounces

Tip.

I read somewhere that to convert from pounds to kilos you just divide it by half then minus ten percent of the remainder.

Example:

4 pounds = 2kgs - 0.2 kgs. = 1.8 kgs.

8 pounds = 4kgs- 0.4 kgs = 3.6kgs

I have no idea if there are rules against it. Packed foods are alright. Damn i feel so guilty troubling people like this.
 
mate, don't worry it, it actually is rather entertaining. But do me a favor,
check out usps.gov and find out what the shipping cost will be. I'm thinking
maybe 25 dollars (US) max for the total package. Hopefully you will think
better of yanks afterward. :rolleyes: Also you'll have to e-mail me your home
address so I know where to send it. Unless you would like to post it now
for the whole board to see. It would be a pleasure to help out in this "crises"
Also, is there anything else that you might need? I mean it is your dime you
should make sure before we "come to terms". Also being American I am
genetically pre-disposed not to understand the metirc system. Write it in
swahili and I still won't get it. :p
 
BTW, I just went to usps.gov and found out the shipping alone will cost
$41.00 dollars not including capn crunch. I am afraid that to get the good
capn and your flipz will cost like 60.00 dollars US which would be pocket
change in Euro dollars.
