Hey everyone,
My grandparents live in NV and i am planing on making my grandfather a knife for his present for their 65th wedding anniversary. from reading the laws the knife carry laws there seem lax but then the size they start to talk about confuses me.
does any one know if anythign over 2 incnhes automaticaly becomes a weapon or if it is just that it can be considered a "Deadly weapon".
im just going to be making a simple sheat knife and worse comes to worse he cant carry it around and he just has to appreciate it at home (he loves tools so he will still find many uses at home for it any way).
basicaly i just want to be able to tell him for sure if there is something about it that is a no no or if its good to go.

-open/consealed carry?
-length of any importance?
-anythign else that a sheat knife could be made illegal?
