hes calling the box in the pics a clamshell...I assume.......
Oh, ok, I see. I thought he was refer to Makael's and I didn't see anything that looked like a box...he was asking if Makael's came in a display box.

yes Sir. think he was asking Mak if his came in a box like the one pictured....but I'm assuming.....farms gonna have to clarify.

I can't see the date code, but I seem to recall seeing those on the bay every now and then as far back as 10 or 12 years ago. Seem to recall that the handle is bone and they also had a version in an orangish color (also bone).

SMKW LE.

Or was it that dealer in the Ozarks. One of those two, I can't remember but it was on the COA.

Found one that looked like the OP's pic and this was the description:

MADE EXCLUSIVELY FOR OZARK CUTLERY Buck Knife 110 Green Bone w/ Polished Blade Folding Hunter Limited Edition ONLY 125 made with polished blades They certificate says XXX/250, but Buck messed up and accidentally made the first one's with satin blades instead of polished so they when they remade them second 125 they started the numbers over so these numbered XXX/125 even though the COA says XXX/250-there were 250 green bones made total but 125 had satin blades and 125 had polished blades
