Tighten the pivot screw.

This is basic cheap knife maintenance, use Google or YT to learn how to adjust the pivot screw.

Check to see if the pivot screw has any thread locker. Clean the screw and add a little blue loctite and let it sit overnight. Shouldn't have any issues afterwards.
